Recovery is a process of healing and growth. But it is a process that can be very confusing. Sometimes there are so many changes going on at the same time that we lose sight of where we are. At other times we become so entangled in the long and laborious process of change that we lose sight of where we're headed.
We can get so confused that we can't figure out what 'recovery' is for us. We can't picture it in our minds. We can picture dysfunction easily enough. We have learned dysfunction backwards and forwards. We know it well. But what is recovery anyway? What do we hope to achieve? Where are we headed? Fortunately, recovery is not some set of new insights about the human condition.

Youth Counselors offer advice and help guide kids and teens to better outcomes.
Our youth Counselors create plans aimed at addressing specific issues in a client’s life. This can include formulating anger management strategies, teaching conflict resolution methods and crafting strategies to help clients work through emotional issues. Youth Counselors also teach kids and teens things like personal hygiene, getting along with people and other life skills.
Our family counselors are licensed professional who work with all people to overcome stress, mental health issues, behavioral problems, and family issues. Our family counselors understand the different social, economical, and personal issues people of all ages may face. We provide guidance to couples trying to work through marital issues and helping children adapt to difficult situations.
Substance abuse Counseling
Substance abuse, counselors help people who suffer from alcoholism, drug addiction, eating disorders, mental health issues, or other mental or behavioral problems. They provide treatment and support to help clients recover from addiction or modify problem behaviors.
Our marriage counselors, is a form of counseling that supports people in intimate relationships. Counseling may be helpful for partners considering separation or seeking improved intimacy and understanding. The purpose of couples counseling is helping partners learn more about each other and acquire healthy problem-solving skills.
Our Individual counseling sessions is focused on the individual's immediate or near future concerns. Our Individual counseling may encompass career counseling and planning, grief after a loved one dies or dealing with problems at a job before they become big. Our Individual counseling is a one-on-one discussion between the counselor and the client, who is the person seeking treatment. The two form an alliance, relationship or bond that enables trust and personal growth.
Mental Health Counseling
Our mental health Counselors focus on helping patients cope with challenging life events. to promote optimum mental and emotional health. They may help individuals deal with issues associated with addictions and substance abuse; family, parenting, and marital problems; stress management; self-esteem; and aging.
